Please ensure images are properly cropped and scaled as near to 100% of the final advertisement size as possible.
Applications
We prefer Adobe® Portable Document Format (PDF) but also accept files created by: Adobe® Indesign®, Adobe® Illustrator® and Adobe® Photoshop®. Freehand® files must be saved as an Illustrator® EPS with all text set as paths. If using Adobe® Indesign® please pdf using postscript.
We do not accept files created by: Microsoft® Word, Microsoft® Excel, Microsoft® PowerPoint®, Microsoft® Publisher, CorelDraw® or other PC software.
Fonts
Include all PostScript (printer and screen) Fonts. Outline all fonts in Adobe® Illustrator®. We do not accept TrueType® Fonts.
Proofing
We accept any proof type with the digital files to ensure the correct layout of your advertisement. If a colour proof is supplied, we will endeavour to accurately reproduce the colour within the final printed result. No responsibility taken for reproduction quality without proofs supplied. Supplied materials will not be returned to supplier if not requested. No liability is accepted for any damage or loss of material being held in storage. The publisher will at all times print as close as possible to proofs, however, no liability is accepted for fair and reasonable variations in printed quality, issue to issue.
